    When a new tool, service or application is needed, the work runs from organising its functions and interface through to production deployment. This includes designing and developing websites, online shops and web applications, with their interface, responsiveness, performance and technical SEO.

    When system data, tools or processes work separately or have to be moved by hand, they can be connected through APIs, a backend and automation.

    Designing relational PostgreSQL database structures, optimising SQL queries and exchanging data securely through REST APIs (JSON/XML).

    When a product is already live but needs improvements to UX, performance or code, or further development. When it is difficult to decide what to improve first, I start with the diagnosis, the causes and the order of changes.

Technologies and solutions

What you see on the screen is only one part of online projects and websites. I also take care of what sits underneath and drives the project online. And when something stops working, I find the cause and fix it.

  • Web & interfaces

    Websites and interfaces from design to production. Responsiveness, accessibility and readability are part of the solution, not a fix at the end.

  • Integrations & backend

    APIs, forms and the flow of data between systems. JSON/XML, validation and the back end that ties the individual parts together.

  • Data

    PostgreSQL, SQL and structured data. Experience with e-commerce product data as well.

  • Delivery & automation

    Git and CI/CD for production deployments, logs, monitoring and bottleneck analysis. Plus designing automation processes, including in BPMN.

  • AI engineering

    AI as part of a process or product: working with LLMs, agents, context, integrations and task automation. The right solution depends on where AI genuinely adds value. Language models and agent systems make sense where they can turn a complex business process into a simpler, repeatable workflow. They can support data and document analysis, organise information, reduce manual data hand-offs between tools and automate some decisions.

A secure deployment leaves no room for random tools and technologies. The visualisation below shows the technical structure of this site from the inside — from the hosting and the domain to React, TypeScript, Vite, PHP and CSS. You can assemble and take the system apart yourself and see what each layer is responsible for.

The technical back end is the layer that makes a project work smoothly as a whole. Web systems are made of different elements, like modular constructions. Explore from the inside the solutions used on my own website webSzyk.pl, among others: from the interface and logic to the server, domain and publishing.
